Refund policy

This policy applies to paid Matrix Yardhub learning seats and team engagements confirmed by invoice. Website pricing is informational only; refunds follow the agreement you signed.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel a Cohort Studio or Signal Map seat at least fourteen (14) days before the published start date and you have not downloaded restricted workbook files released for that cohort.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to contact@matrix-yardhub.digital within the eligibility window and include your invoice number and learner name.

Full or partial refunds

Cancellations between thirteen (13) and five (5) days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. After that window, fees are non-refundable except where Matrix Yardhub cancels the cohort.

Non-refundable items

Completed live modules, private Retention Desk onsite travel already incurred, and third-party venue fees marked non-refundable on your invoice cannot be refunded.

Refund process

We confirm eligibility in writing, then process approved refunds to the original payment method when possible. Alternate bank transfer may be used for Thailand-issued invoices when card rails are unavailable.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically completed within fourteen (14) business days after confirmation. Bank posting times vary.

Refund method

Funds return via the original instrument or a nominated Thai bank account matching the invoice payer.

Cancellation by Matrix Yardhub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that seat.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or force majeure may qualify for goodwill credits evaluated case by case. Credits are not automatic cash refunds.
